Yeah you read that first link right. Now ask yourself, how did a 15 year old get access to a gun? You can't ask her, she's dead. How about asking the parents? If anyone would know about the young child's mental state it would be them. Unless, they were that type of parents that didn't bother asking. As for the rest, something has to give with this gun sick society.
