About that second link. There's police all over downtown everyday and still shit like that shooting happened. Just because you throw out a statement people are supposed to breath a sigh of relief? If you really want citizens to feel safe, get out of the vehicles and start walking around. Oh wait, that was supposed to happen over two decades ago. Nice try guys.
