Where were the parents of this 14 year old? What if that kid encountered a conceal carry victim and was shot? Would the parents come out of hiding crying? Would they plea that he didn't deserve to be shot? This is another episode of bad parenting 101. The parents didn't give a shit about this kid. And if they did, there would not have been a "45 minute" crime spree.
