That third link is what I'm talking about. We need, and should flood these impoverished neighborhoods with funding like we give overseas. If this country did that, crime would drop like bird shit. We could hire people to pick up trash during the spring, summer, fall and also shoveling snow during the winter from sidewalks and alleys paying them 15 bucks an hour. Why isn't that being done? Is it because these are people of color? I'm out.
