Unreal isn't it? One state is working on legislation that will prosecute mass shooters as "terrorist." That's a great idea. Now if only we can get them to establish that documented gang members can fall under that same legislation? It would cut down on this senseless violence, because these documented gang members do run in packs committing mass shootings. What do you think?
