This is domestic terrorism folks. These terrorist walk, or drive around looking for victims. They should be charged with domestic terrorism for the simple fact they are targeting people gang affiliation, or not. Have you ever heard of a 3 or 4 year old in a gang? Me either yet, they get shot. Prosecutors do your job and ask for maximum sentences. The majority of them are repeat offenders using illegally obtained firearms. I'm out.
