This is just sickening. Yet, here we are with our hands in our pockets doing nothing about it. The solutions that will fix this are out there. The reality is, our politicians don't have the fucking balls to do anything about it. The bottom line is this folks. These are fucking repeat offenders that should be locked up for life. Make it happen politicians.
