There's another headline in this paper that has the best quote from a victim's family. "There's no regard for life." Sadly, that person is right. Look at the above link. Everyday there is condemnation, anger, and grief. Everyday there's no legislative action. See the problem? What is so difficult about making a "documented gang member" a designated domestic terrorist?
