In the meantime, our politicians continue being baffled as another 14 year old gets shot in broad daylight. I just don't get the fact police have a documented gang members list, yet don't have these assholes under surveillance? You must have a dedicated force of officers watching them. When they know they are being watched they will hesitate. That's just one solution among many we could employ. But, our politicians need to give us a fighting chance with domestic terrorism legislation. Think about that.
