Fucking crazy. 17 people shot in just three fucking days. If this isn't terrorism I'm baffled. Look, I get the fact that these are documented gang members targeting one another. That's protracted warfare and innocent civilians get caught in the crossfire. You must call it what it is, warfare. You already have them listed. Designate them as terrorist or enemy combatants. The bottom line is, do something about this bullshit.
