After twenty-eight quiet hours the mayhem continues and now police are swarming a more prosperous neighborhood because like cancer, violence spreads. Yet, our politicians and religious leaders remain indifferent or confused about a response. Here's a tip. Fix the sentencing guidelines and close the loopholes for gun sales. Most of these cowards know there is a revolving door criminal justice system with no follow-up when they are released early. There's no economic or educational incentives once they are released. So, they slip back into criminal activities. Fix it.
