Humboldt Park is going to look interesting for the next few weeks. Those living in urban areas know the blue code of silence will go into full effect with a spike in retaliations. They will never admit it, but harassment and arrest will increase. In the meantime, there's still no joint press conference expressing outrage. Think about that.
