You can expect more retaliation shootings. This is what criminal organizations do. The strange thing about these murderous rampages, is that we have a governor, mayor, and police department completely baffled, or not surprisingly, indifferent about the carnage.
None of them have held a press conference demanding and end, or putting forth legislation dealing with this issue. With all these universities in this state, one would think these guys would speak with a criminal justice professor, and pick his or her brain? Yet, I take it one must posses a brain in the first place to accomplish such a feat. How strangely baffling, and indifferent this has become?
