Emanuel acknowledges aldermen's concerns about shootings
Here's an idea. Get those lawmakers down state off their collective rear-ends and stiffen the penalties for gun violence.
The State version of the RICO Act is the law of the land. Start enforcing it. You already have a data base of activity, and mug-shots. Scoop them up and charge them.
