This knucklehead gets slapped seven years for killing a human being while high on "Freon"! Forget about the pot this boob also smoked. But "Freon"! Really? Really? Really? Yet the system bangs fourteen years on a former governor for being a big-mouthed meat-head, that didn't even get a penny for his crime.
