Let's face facts. These kids, and their families are poor. The state's take forever paying these physicians, and hospitals. The current system needs revamping with less red-tape. This is the "Digital-Age". So come on administrators, update your equipment so you can become more efficient in getting these physicians, and hospitals paid after treating these kids.
