Oh for crying out loud! When are these knuckle-dragging dolts going to learn? Why sell of something that brings in Billions of dollars a year to this State, to some greed merchant?
Look no further then Chicago, and see what a very bad idea this would be for the State. All I need to say is two words; Parking Meters. Hope that rings a bell.
