This is just dumber then a bag of hammers. I am certainly coming to think that some people just don't think, regardless of the level of education received.

In another just dumb and proud of it moment, Mark Kirk made a feeble attempt at trying to slam his opponent for "Not Paying Taxes"! Guess he should have took the time to read the article. His opponent received a "Refund". That's how the tax system works. Anyway, that still doesn't take away the meat-head move this Governor made. You do not pass out pay raises when your budget is strapped for cash.

There you go folks, two imbeciles, just dumber then a bag of hammers.
