An interesting story here. So basically is this one of those good news, bad news type of situations?
One the one hand, a person could argue that it is. If given the choice, which would you prefer a "Teen to do? If you said neither, I'm with you there. And then there are those that would rather a teen smoke a little "weed" then to even go anywhere near more deadly drugs like the life-destroying crystal-meth.
Oh well, it is in a strange sort of way a good news, bad news situation.
