Another reason this city continues in the red. Even if this person was working, what was this person doing for such a salary? Stuffing ballot boxes? Eighty-three grand just to knock on doors, and fix absentee ballots? And to top it all off, they give this person a "New Job".


I can envision a march on city hall soon.
