That first link can't be a random shooting. Two cars? Why would a person sit in a parked car at that time of the morning? Normal people are asleep or working a night shift at 2 in the morning. The second link should be titled "how to embarrass your parents". Now, the parents have to cough up bail money and find out how in the fuck did their dumb-ass daughter get a firearm? If it were me, I'd let her stay in jail and implore the judge to refuse bail. I really don't give a shit if this is her first offense. What she did is beyond stupid and an embarrassment to her parents. Now, they have to pay for her gross stupidity.
