After reading this article, I noticed this person had multiple arrest even a couple of "illegal possession of firearms". Yet, our justice system with its flawed sentencing guidelines allowed this person back on the streets. The price, a "4 year old gets shot".
Illegal possession of a firearm in this state is a felony. This guy had two! WTF? How many more must die, or be wounded before you politicians get off your ass and reform the sentencing guidelines? How many more 4 year old kids will it take?
