Let's face some realities folks. Drugs don't grow in cities, unless you are an industrious person and have a greenhouse in your home. No, they don't grow in cities. They are grown elsewhere, transported, and delivered. Now ask yourself this. Who has the funds and resources for such an enterprise? It's definitely not the Black and Brown idiots running around shooting each other, and innocent civilians. Follow the money.

When you follow the money, you find who profits from gun sales, and money laundering. Need anymore be said? Why of course. Here's when they will act on sentencing reform. They have kids that do drugs. It's not only elected officials, it's banker's, major, and small company owners that have drug using kids. Sadly, those kids that come in the city for drug buys, will increase the probability of catching a stray bullet or two from a turf war. That's when, and only when they will finally act on passing sentencing guideline reform.
