Remember a few post back about my thoughts on our very weak sentencing guidelines? Well hold onto your butts, because here's more proof the shit is fucked up.
If you click the link above this post, you'll find how this low-life dirt-bag was amazingly, not slipping, but just fell through the cracks. Before that, I wish to beg a question or two of our highly educated county, and state prosecutors. Isn't being charged with "aggravated unlawful use of a weapon, and possession of a controlled substance" two felonies? Now according to this article, the dirt-bag in question faced those charges in 2012. How did he get out so fast, that he picked up a second charge of "unlawful use of a weapon, and no firearms card"? Are you telling me and the rest of the people in this state, that he's some kind of big-shot? How did he get out so fast with such charges, and murder a mother and child?
Lastly, you do realize you both have blood on your hands? Fix the damn sentencing guidelines.

What a giant waste of time.
What makes you think they have the money for paying such a fine? All of us know they don't have the money, and you will just keep them in jail for a period of time, and let them right back out.
All of us know they use drug money to straw purchase such weapons. Why are you not addressing that problem? Why are you not trying to get the legislators down state to fix the broken sentencing laws? You think just because you roll out another "Big Fine Talking Point" people will slap you on the back and yelp good job? Funny. Don't you have another "Big Fine Talking Point" on truancy? How's that working out? From this perspective, not very well with all the shootings going on.
Until I see some major reform movement on the sentencing guidelines, I'll continue being extremely cynical. And do you want to know why? Because it's just another waste of time.

The GOP and NRA have this fantasy that conceal carry laws will stop these terrorist in their tracks. And folks, that is all that this is. A fantasy.
These terrorist don't follow the rules as you and I do. They don't care about the law. I guess you can compare them to corporations. They don't care about anything but enriching themselves, and who gets hurt or killed in the process, doesn't matter.
Now we have children without a father, because of simple ignorance, and evil. Yet if you ask a member of the GOP, and NRA they will chime "if he was armed..." That's a fantasy. That's a big hypothetical. Such a scenario has so many outcomes, they just cannot be listed.
One glaring fact does remain. More children are once again parent-less, because of gutless politicians and a gun manufacturing lobby, because of a stupid fantasy.

Slapping out "Fines" to people they know well cannot be afforded. It's just like all the hot air about truancy. Our politicians raised the fine, and undisciplined teens still roam the streets in marauding bands especially downtown, scaring rich White people.
Here's a question for the people that live in these "Targeted Community's". Has the Mayor, or your alder-person walked around the neighborhoods on a regular basis? Have they "SEEN" the drug dealers, and gang members standing, or sitting in or around bus and train stops, parks, and schools? The answer for those questions is a resounding No. If they did such things, that would be presented as hands on leadership. And you know what? The constituents would be proud. And you know why? Because they would not SEE these douche-bags hanging around such places.

"It would still be illegal to drive under the influence of cannabis, prescription or not, but Riverside Police Chief Tom Weitzel said police won’t be able to reliably determine if someone is driving while high.
“Standard field sobriety tests for alcohol will not detect drug-impaired driving,” he said."
Is this guy incapable of doing his job or what? Blood-shot eyes, and the smell isn't enough? Is this clown appointed or elected? If he's elected, you need to show him a couple of stoners. If he's appointed, same rules apply.

I'm glad the lady turned that bum in for killing the pizza owner. I also hope they never let these sorry, poor excuse, for human beings back out on the streets.
But as fucked up as the sentencing guidelines are, we can only keep our fingers crossed. Fix the sentencing guidelines. Stop putting these useless tools back on our streets. They have already committed two felonies by possessing, and firing an illegally obtained firearm. No more probation, no more parole. Both of those felonies should have automatic ten year concurrent prison times.
Time to get serious lawmakers.

Since common sense is in short supply, let's legalize marijuana, and fix our sentencing guidelines. Another from the common sense basket the city could use, is for them to stop the money shuffle they do by closing schools.
A stupid workforce will never be productive. You close a school and use the money to build a stadium? Naturally the worker will be to stupid to count money at the ticket gate because you destroyed their opportunity of an education. Lastly, enact a single-payer health care system.

Yet once again, our elected leaders are so fucked up, they don't care until a Sandy Hook happens in this State. It's true folks and you might as well face the facts. As far as these gutless politicians are concerned, as long as it's Brown and Black people, with "Pockets" of Whites shooting one another, they don't give a damn.
It's up to the community where you live. If your church is silent, stop going. Watch the preachers hit the streets when the money stops flowing. Start a neighborhood watch. Call the police when you see a herd of young, reckless, teens roaming the block, with no specific direction. All they are doing is looking for trouble when they just walk up, down, and around the block. And that folks, is pretty damn sad.

Well if you caught the entire story on television, we learned the sorry bastard was standing in an alley, trying to shoot at another sorry bastard. And as the story goes, the ignorant low life hit an innocent person carrying her child.
Who wants to bet most of the witnesses knows this douche-bag, and the douche-bag he was shooting at? Turn him in folks, before another innocent is hit when the intended, douche-bag target, attempts retaliation. Thank goodness the lady and her child are doing fine. But the horror of this happening will last forever.

Read the story. Click on the link above. This turd already had a "Felony Conviction" for a weapons violation. The law simply states he can't "own or posses a firearm" after such a conviction. As of right now, we don't have a conceal-carry law in the State. So, there's one felony right there. He also violated his parole. Strike two.And last but not least, he obtained while on parole, another weapon. Strike three.
Let's keep going. How did he come about that weapon since he could not "Legally" purchase one with his prior felony convictions? Was a "Straw Buyer involved? Did he "borrow" it form a friend? Did he steal it? If any of those questions are answered, somebody else should be sharing a cell with him right? The law once again clearly states, you can't buy, or loan a firearm to a person with a felony conviction. So who else is going to be charged?

I really don't care about any "mitigating circumstances" on the two juveniles. Don't let these ignorant, vicious, lower life forms ever see daylight again. As I've stated in an older post, they should be locked in a room with their parents, so they can beat the holy hell out of them, and then, send them to prison for life.
This was done out of pure ignorance, and stupidity on a major scale. It was premeditated. They conspired to crash the PRIVATE, family party. When confronted, instead of apologizing for such a wrong, and leaving peacefully, the scum of the earth, trash for a human, cowardly dirt-bag, shot, and killed a man protecting his family. And let there be no doubt whatsoever, the weapon used was illegally obtained.
They deserve nothing more but life in prison, after the parents beat the holy hell out of them.

Not only are they becoming more violent, but dumber also. You really have to ask yourself, what part of "Family Party" these butt-heads didn't understand? In all honesty, they should be locked in a room with their parents, and just let them beat the holy hell out of them, and then send them to prison for life.
