"Gang funerals" huh! One day, and I do hope soon, these politicians will stop treating this situation like a hoard of babies, and begin treating these punks like the terrorist that they are.

What's it going to take? How many innocent civilians must die? Politicians, and corporations created this mess with that bullshit cram them all in public housing, so we can control them mentality. Well the genie is out of the bottle when they demolished the civilian version of minimum security prisons. Now they are everywhere, creating havoc. To this day, not one person from the elected branch of government, or any branch of law enforcement has come up with a reasonable solution in combating these terrorist let loose amongst the population. Oh wait, I forgot. They are going to pull police for funerals, so those that wish retaliation can't get off a shot.

Here's a brain-fart. How about passing out mug-shots to officers so they can slap cuffs on the gang members attending such funerals? Remember that so-called "Heat List"? You will find no apologies for sarcasm here. The only reasonable solution is for our legislators, and law enforcement officials to designate these bums as terrorist. That is what they are.
