It's because of these ever-evolving cons set-up by greedy business people, and politicians. If you ever need a perfect example, look at our current voting system. That epic failure demonstrates for all, REGULATION on a state, and federal level is much needed. It's opposite day! Lottery machines flooding minority neighborhoods, while voting machines overflow in Whites, where many of them must drive the proverbial "country mile", just to buy a ticket. Explain that? Meanwhile minorities must endure long lines because they only have a "couple of voting machines" in polling places. Yet once done voting, can go right next door and buy a lottery ticket. WTF?

Privatization is an epic failure. Well, not for the rip-off artist that run them. Hello private prisons. Speaking of such, private prison are nothing but an evolution of slavery. Lives destroyed over a dime bag of weed? Give me a break! Now those that have awakened, put pot on the ballot and won. Just watch how hard they try and privatize that.
