Message to Emanuel: Black aldermen not happy with remap
Just my two cents.
You know, when you really look at "Gerrymandering", it has an eerie feel of segregation. If my neighborhood has a diverse population regardless of what ethnic group has a majority, I would expect the elected representative, to do just what they were elected for; represent all of us.
Oh well, that's just my two cents. Can't wait for how will work out.
