‘Recurrent’ open records requesters could face delays under new law - Chicago Sun-Times
Sounds like some people have things, many things to hide.
Well guess what folks? Times have changed. Technology has taken off with almost instant access to all kinds of information. So when you of the "Not too Bright Class" sign legislation of this nature, you only just arose more suspicion. The people of The State of Illinois have every right to know who, or what is writing legislation we pay you people to do, fill your campaign coffers, pay to play, and hire unqualified friends, relatives, and lobbyist.
This certainly doesn't look good Governor. Attempting to stigmatize ordinary, concerned citizens as "Recurrent Requester's" is a tad bit, defaming if I must say. What's the matter? Got something to hide? There is good legislation, and then there is bad legislation. This one Governor, just stinks.
